William started his career in Health Care after obtaining a degree in Occupational Therapy. Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant, he worked for 7 years as a Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) in physical rehabilitation, treating acute conditions such as CVA and Spinal injuries. Subsequently he has furthered his work experience as an OTR in sub-acute settings such as Skilled Nursing Facility and Home Health, where he treated a wide range of conditions. His work as an Occupational Therapist brought him to different parts of the United States, before settling in Utah in the late 90s.

After practicing in Utah as an OT for a few years he decided to embrace a new challenge. This led him to have a change in profession. He graduated in 2003 from the University of Utah as a Physician Assistant (PA-MS). Since 2003, his work experiences have been concentrated in the field of Orthopedics. He was able to apply his knowledge of physical rehabilitation to his new career as a Physician Assistant. After finishing his PA degree, he worked for 4 years in an orthopedic practice specializing in Hip and Knee replacements. In 2007 he had the opportunity to team up with Dr Michael Holmstrom Joining his Orthopedic practice where his specialties are Knee Surgery, Arthroscopy and Joint Replacement.

William feels blessed to be involved in careers that allow him to serve and to continue to serve individuals experiencing physical challenges.
