OSC is a walkin orthopedic clinic that treats a WIDE variety of orthopedic needs. We can see everything and have easy access to get you to where you need to get. We are a much more convenient and accessible option than standard instacare.


Our Orthopedic Specialist excel in providing the highest level possible of service to those with musculoskeletal needs. Our board-certified and fellowship trained staff are highly specialized in their areas of expertise and work together to provide the best possible outcomes for their patients.

We specialize in the treatment of a variety of Orthopedic and Sports related injuries, including traumatic injuries, overuse injuries, and degenerative conditions. We are committed to providing professional, personalized, and focused care to assist you in returning to the activities you desire.

  • WHAT IF I DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE?

    We accept self-pay patients and have discounted rates. You will be asked to pay a $200 deposit at the time of your appointment.

  • DO I HAVE TO PAY MY COPAY?

    Yes, your copayment is due at time of the time of service, this is an agreement between you and your insurance company.

  • WILL MY INSURANCE COVER MY SURGERY?

    Please contact your insurance by calling the number on the back of your insurance card to verify coverage. You can also contact our billing office with any questions that you may have.

  • WHEN DO I HAVE TO PAY MY BALANCE?

    After your insurance has processed your claim you will have 30 days to pay. We offer payment plans up to 12 months if needed.

  • WHAT TO BRING FOR YOUR INITIAL CONSULTATION?

    or your initial consultation you will need to bring a referral letter from your physician if required.


    Please bring the following to your consultation:


    Driver’s license or a valid ID

    Insurance information

    Reports, x-rays, MRIs, CT scans, etc and any other relevant information

    We encourage you to come to your initial consultation with a written list of questions to ensure you do not forget to ask them when you visit the doctor.

  • ARE YOU A PART OF TOSH?

    We are a private practice located at TOSH. If you have surgery, you will receive a bill from Intermountain Health Care and from us.

  • IF I HAD AN INJECTION, CAN I STILL HAVE SURGERY?

    If your injection was in the location that you are having surgery, then you must wait 3 months before having your procedure. This reduces your risk of infection. If you have an injection in a different location than your procedure, you can still have surgery. We do encourage that if you have any questions regarding this please contact our office.

  • ARE MY MEDICAL RECORDS KEPT PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL?

    Your medical file is handled with the utmost respect for your privacy. Our staff is bound by strict confidentiality requirements as a condition of employment regarding your medical records. We will not release the contents of your medical file without your consent.
